And Sergio just said last night that he would fight Pac at 156. He didn't say he won't fight Pac, he said Pac won't fight him.
Yes largely because many people in boxing a year ago laughed at the idea he could raise in so much weight to beat a much bigger Margarito.

No ones ever progressed through the weight divisions and won so many belts in them before, it's a massive achievement.

Do not think they the same/similar enough weight, Sergio recognises they're not.

Pacman is still a natural 140 lber, and legit 147 lber, any further he's shown he doesn't actually gain the weight necessary and basically comes in a weight division below, giving away 15+ lbs which is akin to 2/3 weight divisions.

To not recognise this simple fact is foolish.

I generally agree with Marley. But he is wrong about Mayweather but then in a few sentences he was right about Mayweather.

he placed him right, at third p4p, but because May won't fight he should be demoted further down the list.

A P4P fighter , FIGHTS !! Mayweather WAITS , he wants to wait out the contenders while they beat the daylights out of each other then take over.

Marley is wrong that Mayweather shouldn't fight Martinez. Mayweather should take the challenge immediately !!!!!!!!

Jr. desperately needs to defend himself by going up in class to face strong opposition and prove himself like Manny has.

I fear Jr. is too big a chicken to fight a P4P man like Martinez is, but all Mayweather needs to remember is :

      Martinez is ONE DIMENSIONAL !

He isn't a slick Black African American from Philly or elsewhere

      He is OLD.

These three factors should help Jr. to decide to take him on, besides he hasn't had anyone to cuss in a good while.

      Martinez vs Mayweather

      Pacman vs Berto

      The winners fight each other

Why the hell people cares about P4P rankings? Its the most overrated listing out there. You fight to win by any means... your record is what you should be looking at it

You P4P number 1... so?????? Wtf

If Pacquiao wants to cherry pick titles, it's going to be held against him for not wanting to fight the best around that division. No excuses.

I'm a Floyd fan. If there were a rank in Floyd's army I would be considered ***** First Class. But I don't have a problem with dude's P4P ranking.

The only reason I won't cry about a No. 3 spot in the P4P rankings is because Floyd has been inactive, and that's it.

Floyd is still the most skillfull boxer of the three.

But big ups to Sergio for for his big win over a young dominate fighter.

asking pac to fight martinez is ****in ******. pac weighed in at 144 lbs for a 154 lbs fight (150 lbs catchweight) and weighed 148 lbs on fight night.

martinez weighed in at around 158 lbs for a 160 lbs fight (158 lbs catchweight) and weighed 168 lbs on fight night.

that's a 20 lbs weight difference. you gotta be a ****** to ask for pac/martinez.

many fighters have lost to lesser skilled fighters, styles make fights along with other factors.

boxing is this. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR ME LATELY

well, pac and martinez have delivered.

                  floyd, hasnt

he wont step up, he is done fighting.

sadly, i like him as a boxer, but as a person he is a biiiiitch

floyd should be forgotten because he dont want it anymore

he is done as a fighter

he is getting older and his skills wont be able to keep up with

his style once he is past his prime, which he already has begun to show.

I don't think Sergio should be above Floyd. Floyd's been inactive for only 6 months. I like Sergio, but his greatest win was Paul.
