    So much for "random".

Ummmm, what? That is going down as one of the dumbest posts I've ever read. Yes they knew they could be tested at any time during their camp. That's the point. They know they could be tested at ANY RANDOM time, which deters them from breaking the rules. If they use, they run the risk of getting caught, because they could be tested at any time, and there is no way for them to plan their cheating around testing dates.

Manny wont even accept it leading up to the fight, give it a rest.

But regardless the test is something that has never been done in boxings in 100 + years of boxing and if no commission mandates it then i don't see where any fighter has any right to force another fighter to do it.
Sure, it would be very difficult to implement it across the entire sport. But we're talking about one fight between the two top guys in the sport. Why not? I'm sure it would be small change relative to the total cost of putting that fight together, and even smaller change relative to the revenue it would bring in.

The only reason this isn't happening is because promoters, sanctioning bodies and state commissions do not want to lose money on fights being cancelled. Especially promoters because they don't want to find out their top guys that they've invested time and money into are cheating. What if the guy isn't is good without the enhancements? They do not want to take that risk. Boxing is one of the shadiest sports around. The promoters do not care about the health of their fighters. It's the hurt business. So they'd rather make their cash than risk putting money into a fighter that's cheating.

Pac and Mayweather could have lead by example, but Pac walked away without a single good reason.

Whos really do good for the sport, one fighters fighting while the other one is hybernating..

This is just ******. Yeah, ideally they should be tested year round. But boxing doesn't have any agreement for that type of testing to be done year round. The commissions don't ask for it, and the promoters don't ask for it. Floyd asked for that one fight to be tested in the best possible way. How else were they going to do it? You can't schedule a fight for a couple years out, because what if one of them loses in between? That was the best they could do under the circumstances.

Pac fans are just delusional. They won't even address what good reason Pac could have for asking for a cutoff. The answer is, there is no good reason. If there's no good reason, then why would he walk away from the biggest fight in ages?
