No boxing historian who puts manny no3 ATG boxer will say, "well Pac could have been No2 instead of no3 on my list if he had only taken the tests against PBF"
Pac wins he's clearly the greatest boxer of our generation. win or lose he's still great, but a loss (and how he loses) can have a huge effect on how we rate him next to Floyd. if Floyd wins by UD or by KO, he will have proven to be the best the whole time. Plus he would still have time to take challenges from other top ww's. IMO Pac is the best ww next to Mosley, so a win for Floyd can set Floyd up for a Mosley/Berto showdown late 2010 and maybe a williams/ martinez match in 2011 (154) bout. Floyd can actually add to his legacy beginning with Pac, considering the options. IMO Manny may retire if he beats Floyd. he may not even take the winner of Mosley/ Berto. then again a win over Mayweather can put Pac on a level where he can choose anyone from 140-154. he's just about at that level now. Floyd (and Mosley to some extent) are the only fighters standing in his way from total reign supreme. all of the interesting fight for Pac are @ 140 and below and i don;t see him dropping to 140 unless they lose big to Floyd and become desperate for a meaningful fight (Bradley will be waiting). FLoyd on the other hand can move to 154 succesfully if he totally dominates Pac, and beats the winner of Mosley/ Berto. atleast that's the way he should be looking at it. a loss for Mayweather would only have him shooting for a rematch with Pac.

My mom likes Pacquiao because he goes to church and he's nice to his mother.
I wouldn't ask her anything about boxing though, that's for damn sure.

I've broke it down to a couple of people who don't care about either fighters, and have gotten two responses.
One was, "Well if the tests aren't officially required he doesn't have to legally take them, though it makes him looks su****ious"
The other was "He's definitely using. A person that had nothing to hide, wouldn't allow this sheer volume of contradictory statements to be released"

Too may lies and story changes by Manny's camp to not be su****ious. Happens in all sports, boxing is no different. Probably tons of fighters on the juice.
Dr. Don H. Catlin, the head of the LA-based non-profit Anti-Doping Research, Inc:
“If you have a 24-day window that’s free, with no testing, you can take whatever you want and you’re not going to get caught, end of story,” Catlin said. “[Urine testing] does matter, yes, but they’re not going to catch everything by urine testing alone. What you would do is to take Mircera [a type of EPO], which is available and which is not easy to detect in urine and away you go. You need a blood test.”
