If they needed proof for any fighter to be tested for peds than no one would ever be tested. They just want extra tests because pac has accomplished more than anyone might have ever expected. I do believe that it would raise questions weather he did it naturally or not. It would actually be awesome for him to prove it was done by hard work and determination which these days we find out later was not true. We most likely find out that he is clean, but unless he agrees to take the tests we wont find out. I never liked pac but its hard to really hate what ive seen him do in the last couple of years. Atleast he is exciting to watch unlike boreweather.

I think Pacman has a good case here. Just consider the sources, the Mayweathers? They are not stellar citizens of their community, they are former drug dealers, woman beaters, prone to violence like getting drunk and starting brawls at nightclubs, etc... They are just plain thugs.

LOL. He only won a wrongful death lawsuit, and Ron Goldman never got a dime.
            The guy is a hack.

Hold up Manny is taking the Mayweathers to court because they were
trying to negotiate a contract with Manny? The only person that hurt
Manny's reputation is himself. The case is bogus.

exactly what a lawyer who knows nothing about steroids nor boxing suppose to say.pac is going to pay this lawyer in defeat just like what would've happend to him in the fight.they agreed on the money then pac put all those stipulations to get out of the fight and this is his way of saying i'm scared.coward.

If the lawsuit progresses, Pac will have opened himself up to further inquiry on the subject of steroids and HGH because the defendants will get a chance to demand his medical records and take Pac's testimony on the subjects raised in the lawsuit. If the remarks in question are judged to be opinions, as opposed to statements of fact, they cannot form the basis of a defamation suit, as anyone is entitled to their opinion in the United States.

When you organize press conferences, news releases, interviews, etc. to purposely call someone out on steroids then there is a case.

Pacquiao's team has a buffet of accusations, assertions, opinions, video, audio, and documents to choose from to close the deal.
