    NOT 5.

That was the FINAL OFFER....IT WAS 30 DAYS.
The more specific final offer was this.

Arum’s final proposal was that both of the fighters and management teams should take the drug testing issue to the Nevada State Athletic Commission for them to decide in their next meeting in January. It was a take it or leave it offer by Arum, because if Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotions didn’t agree to this proposal, then Arum would begin to set up a fight with Malignaggi for Pacquiao to fight next instead of Mayweather.

We also have a video showing Pacquiao having his blood taken at most 14 days before a fight. We have shown that their excuse holds no ground and that they were likely using it to get out of the fight. Instead, it turns out just Pacquiao was trying to get out of it. Arum is taking Mayweather's side on this issue it appears.
lmao.....that dude is a Pac Stan Girl...forgive him

the difference between the Hatton fight and this is that the blood that was taken from the physical was MANDATORY. this time around, it's a fighter that's requesting blood testing. which isn't mandatory in the least bit.

that's pac's perogative if he feels like it weakens him.

Pac seems pretty adamant about a 30 day period of no testing.
nah, he stuck to 30 days because Floyd was being a tit. Roach's comments showed they were willing to negotiate. But Floyd insisted on random testing right up to the fight.

He had a TUBE of blood taken..a test requires a teaspoon.

How did a TUBE weaken him 14 days from the Hatton fight..when he kncked Hatton out cold in 2 rounds?
