Has anyone on this site making the ridiculous comments of hate about Mayweather bothered to really look at what Arum is saying. Arum said, in order for the fight to take plance, the tests have to be completed by someone other than the Anti Doping Agency and they can't be done less than 30 days out.

What Arum is saying, if you read between the lines, is THE TESTS CAN ONLY TAKE PLACE ON OUR TERMS. He didn't say anything about compromising, aka negotiating aka finding a middle ground. He is saying that everything MUST BE DONE ON THEIR TERMS. This is the same thing that the Mayweather camp is saying. In other words, they both want their way and both are threatening to pull out of the fight if they don't get their way!!!

I am sure some hater on this site will respond to this post by saying, "Pac's demands are justifed, but Mayweather's is not." BULL****! Both want their way. Both are being difficult. Everyoe on this site thought it was amazing that they were able to agree on the fight so quickly. Guess what? THEY HAVEN'T AGREED! This is not unusual. It usually takes a good two months to negotiate a fight and 95 percent of the time, the two sides aren't leaking things to the press every day and websites aren't running with every rumor and conspiracy theory. What is going on now happens with EVERY fight that is negotiated and just like all the others, it will be worked out.

Why would you give someone notice of when the test would be given. That defeats the purpose. Why should we wait until after the fight to get the truth? Why cant this be set in stone for all fights? Testing is fair and puts things as explained "on a leval playing field". Roach already said Pac would take the tests. What happened Freddi?

Picking your own test dates is right out cheating and as I said before why must we wait until AFTER the fight to get answers.

In boxing as of now, if there is an itch, you scratch it. Mosley's team did. In todays socity and the use of steriods this should be a set standard for all boxers.

If the shoe was on the other foot and Mayweather refused something like this I bet many people would have a different perspective. This goes back to why Mayweather feels the way he feels.

Mayweather is not in the wrong. Manny should be glad to set an example of being pure and doing the right thing for the sport and hopefully makeing change in the rules of testing.

Money May suddenly found the inspiration to be clean??? . . to be vanguard of clean and olympic sportsmanship. The public sees it! I see it! (just ask the quick slight of hand job they did to Marquez, playing around the weight issue against an older fighter that was fighting two weight classes above, what a jerk!) The required tests for boxing in Nevada (no exceptions, are a comprehensive urine tests before and after the fight). Granted, this is a historical fight. Manny agreed to the additional blood tests before (30 days) and just after the fight i.e. if Manny was using any illegal substance, it will clearly show in the blood just after the fight. Manny is not required . . but, agreed to the additional blood tests. That is Manny meeting Floyd half way. Given all the positioning and demand from both parties . . the fact that Manny is agreeing to additional tests (beyond what is required) is sufficient, if Money May can't meet half-way, then Roach is right. Money May is running scared, just see all the interviews that Camp Mayweather is throwing as smokescreen and insinuating slanderous allegations when their fighter is not even known to be a bastion of purity and the Mayweather camp more made up of people who have plenty of run-ins with the Law!.

I agree... they screw up JMM... since the know JMM needed the money... unlike Pacman, Floydie needed the money more than Pacman...
They are just cherry picking their opponent and asking for too much... they are scared of Cotto and Margacheato... and when they saw how Pac demolished Cotto, they thought of out of the extra ordinary demands for this fight not to happen...
I can't wait for Pac's next opponent... and besides, will Floydie ask the same demands when he fights his next opponent? Maybe, Ivan Calderon or Vic Darchinyan? Hahahahaha!

Manny Pacquiao is scared straight!

Manny Pacquiao appears to have something to hide. If he wants to get the beating he deserves, he needs to agree to the random testings. Floyd Mayweather and his team are being professional about this. However, Manny Pacquiao and his team are acting extremely su****ious.

its kind of a weird situation to me for these reasons:

on one hand you could argue that floyd is trying to get out of the fight. he wanted the date in march thinking pac wouldnt take it. he took it. Now he wants olympic style drug testing in order to fight pac. if pac says no and backs out, floyd can say "see, i told you he was scared".

on the other hand, why is pac and his team so against this style of testing. Do they have something to hide? it seems to me you would WANT to prove that you did all this destruction naturally without any help.

the fact of the matter is that this fight needs to be made NO MATTER WHAT. come to the terms, take the damn tests. if pac agrees to the testing and then floyd comes up with more demands, then you know floyds a *****. if pac agrees and the fight goes forward, then everything is gravy. at least thats the way i see it...

BOTTOM line.. manny shouldnt be allowed to have another fight unless he agrees to this testing!! or make him have this testing for the next fight he has and see if he agrees then... dont rob the boxing community and world of the biggest fight in boxing history because you dont want to get caught cheating.
