I know floyd has this reputation, but i dont know of any fighter from any era that cherry picked his 5 through 5 weight classes. i mean, this article is the perfect example of looking at boxrec and making assumptions. im not going to say floyds resume is stacked at welterweight, its not. but to say oscar was "old" and not looking into how bad everyone wanted that fight to happen, and the circumstances floyd had to fight through, i dont think this is really fair. But at this point, perception is reality and everyone is ready to believe it.
What id also like to know, if floyd is such a fraud, such a cherry picker, and so overrated, what does pac gain by beating him? Not much from the looks of it. Looking at it from that context makes you reexamine what you all keep saying.
You guys complain when floyd tears guys down for the sake or promotion, and then use his verbage in an effort to tear down his resume. But with the way you guys tear apart his resume on a daily basis, what does it serve to gain from youre fav fighter beating him, honestly?
Floyd must have a STRONG reputation for being a fraud and ducking people, to have a NON-boxing site write an article about it. That almost makes it common knowledge. Floyd is right, he is popular, but it's not the type of exposure he was aiming for.
Goal is an Asian website, I think started in India. They support anything Asian. They are afraid now that a Slick American is going to be in the ring with Pacman for the first time. That scares them and all fellow supporters of the Manny Duckman, they are not trying to tackle the issue of Pacman ducking certain fighters but trying to downplay Floyd. It’s quite funny really, like when Pacman fans tried to accuse PBF being on steroids when proven Pacman was on it
