I still like Prograis. Maybe his best days are behind him, but not all of his good days need be. If he adjusts to his physical limitations at 36 as opposed trying to fight like he is still 26, he can fight for a few more years at a fairly high level. It is a tough thing to do, as boxers tend to be what they are and revert back to what they know in the ring. But it is not impossible.

He wants to fight JUST the champions but it doesn't work that way. You earn a shot by beating contenders which apparently, he can no longer do. There are other contenders who have fought their way up and deserve their first shot at a title. Get to the back of the line!

This dude needs to go away. He wanted to act like a star without earning his stripes. Never was very good and the way he tried to pull out of the WBSS showed he was just another protected fighter scared of losing.

I always liked Rougarou since his days on ShoBox. He brought a violent, fan-friendly style where he was willing to take a few shots to land his own. Unfortunately that style doesn't age well over the latter parts of a career.

Regis looked pretty shopworn against Catterall (who didn't look particularly sharp himself). I don't see this comeback ending well.

Kay Koroma teaches that boring amateur style.

I would have gone with a different trainer if I was Rougarou.

I support Rougarou. I always liked his style. He beat people up, period. He lost a few times and he has his flaws, but who doesn't? He's still nothing to play with, and there was a time when no one was really eager to fight him. As soon as he has some slippage, now all ppl can say is he's a one trick pony. For a long time, that pony was very avoided

Prograis gonna learn how to box at 36? C'mon. He was always a guy who went on instinct and agressivity. But now he's gonna learn technique, footwork and defence? Nah... he'll do it for the first 2 rounds, then he's gonna get clipped and revert to his old ways. He should all in bareknucle instead.

I liked Prograis too when he was on the way up but started to doubt him when he could have won the Taylor fight if he had really bitten down in the championship rounds. He's showed the same trait a couple of times since.
