Boots doesn't need a tune up. Norman's fight is in two weeks. The last time they negotiated, the only difference in pricepoint was 300K according to the interview with Zittel. Boots should just concede some of his purse if he's really desperate for a belt. Norman is 24 years old he has all the time in the world whereas Boots is struggling to maintain weight.
