Why does this cherry-picking culture blame Floyd so much?

The guy fought everybody and chased all the big names when they were hot (Shane & Oscar), yet for some reason I see a lot of content blaming Floyd for this x/y/z. Floyd resume is amazing, at the end of his career there was a few cherries, but during his prime he was on everyones heels. The only name he legitimately ducked was Paul Williams.

I only wagered on one of his fights which was the JMM fight. Two things kept me from wagering on Mayweather and one of them was I never wagered on a fighter I liked and two, it wasn't always crystal clear he was going to win (based on my system).

People need to chill and thank Floyd for all the years he gave us of amazing fights and entertainment. Stop blaming the guy for something he didn't do.

He matched himself very carefully, caught fighters at the right time, fought very safe and made alot of money. We can list fighters he could have fought when but he's still a great fighter.

So you follow the social media narrative without actually breaking things down logically, this is the reason nobody will debate his resume with me compared to any fighter of his era with only one proviso, we take turns to answer each others questions. NOBODY will take me up on it because I will drown them in showing a narrative that is total BS.

Well you would be a good candidate then, Im willing to debate his resume compared with a guy of your choice from his era, the topic is, Was Floyd the best fighter of his era.

Should be easy for you to prove he wasn't if your narrative is right, you up for it?
