Bro with all respect you falling for the sauce. Being your own boss is the new “YOLO.” The real world doesn’t work that way. Mayweather could scream “I’m my own boss” from Vegas to China and nothing would move without the ok from people that really run the show. People that are really in positions of power.

Those people run ****. If the numbers make sense and there is a profit to be made…or in the case of Canelo x Plant, popularity, subscribers, and new fans…then the fight happens.

It doesn’t work like that in business whether it’s buying homes/commercial properties, entertainment, and especially boxing.

Bud attempting to makes a deal of this magnitude without a solid team of people who can translate what’s going on is pointless and sheds light on just how green and delusional he is. Both in his perception of self in the boxing world and also his value.

As far as fighting the best in the division, Errol did that on his way to collecting 3 belts from 3 different champions. Ennis hasn't fought anyone even in the top ten. I love the way he fights, but the outcome could change drastically against real competition. As much as I like him as a fighter, at this point, Spence would break him down methodically, round by round, and destroy him. I would like to see him fight Thurman or Ortiz before to get his feet wet.
On point 100%. If you want to know who a man is…you have to look at his actions. Spence has been able to state on record dozens of times…he’s going to get all the straps doing business with the people in his stable and then go after Bud. People took the “easy route” statement to mean “easier fights.” That’s clearly not what he meant…it was easier from a business and financial perspective. Despite injuries and wreckless behaviors outside the ring…he has done what he said he was going to do. And before social media we had to respect when another man said what he was going to do something and actually did it.

As for Bud…all he’s done is tell the fans he’s P4P number one all while facing literally no Hall of Famers in his entire career. Maybe Porter…maybe ( especially since he’s cozying up with the organizations these days). He hasn’t been able to get the big fights nor has he been able to demonstrate that his word is his bond.

I don’t see this as two fighters being responsible for the fight not happening. I see this fight not happening simply because of Bud. He’s not as smart as he would like to think he is. I think he’s done a better job at fooling the public, with the help of top rank, into thinking he’s a better fighter than he really is. And now we’re seeing he’s not as courageous and legacy driven either. He’s in it for the money like a retired Floyd.

If they ever fight…Spence beats him 9-3 UD.

Crawford had a great deal with one of the best guarantees in boxing. As Montero said, the race thing (lawyer talk) has faded away. It was always about the one covid 3.5 million purse that TR couldn't honor.

Todd is the one runs TR day to day and has said he has no issue promoting Crawford.

If the PBC buffoonery continues, go back to TR. You have Taylor, Prograis coming up and Ortiz for sure. Eddie can't do jack for you.
The Top Knockouts are bad, especially Stephanie Cook.

To be fair, Crawford tried and failed so Porter has the right to make that statement. To be fair, I'm no fan of Shawn Porter.

Crawford couldn't even recall the name of the network broadcasting his next fight in that live monologue he gave. It was a bit uncomfortable to watch.

Crawford is his own boss, and so is Spence. I'm clowning Crawford for not hiring the right people.

He has lawyers to look over contracts. Bud apparently didn't even trust his lawyer and fired him in the middle of negotiations.
Wow he actually fired his lawyer? Do you have any link

Didn’t fire anyone. What he did was hire a second lawyer.

                    It's crazy isn't it?

Porter is going by the trend, which is to blame Crawford. Damned if TC did, damned if he didn't.

BoMac is a surefire way to get kicked out of negotiations.
