I know everyone’s probably gonna come with their “Fury’s ducking” “ticket sales are bad” conspiracy theories but the thing is the Covid tests are mandated for Fury & Wilder so I’m inclined to believe that he has it and due to protocol they can’t proceed.

However, this is probably a big break for FOX, ESPN, PBC & Top Rank. There’s little to no buzz for a fight that would have been only two weeks away. Ticket sales have been poor according to reports. & Pac/Spence fighting on PPV in Vegas as well next month, it’s probably hurting these ticket and PPV preorders as well.

I just feel like this fight was fxxckd from the start. This fight was literally forced on the public. Most fans wanted & expected Fury-AJ but instead we got this. There’s barely been any promo, wilder doesn’t wanna talk to the press and Fury’s said pretty much all he could say without a dance partner. It’s all felt so forced, rushed and unexciting.

Fox and Espn better use this postponement wisely. Put some effort into promoting this thing draw up some public interest. They also better hope and pray Canelo doesn’t secure a fight for September in Vegas because I have a feeling he will do just that with or without Caleb Plant.
