Your second silly comment was this being a no risk fight, JMM is in the best form of his life KOing two elite fighters that have never been KOed many who think he beat Pac , and then to top off he is currently 2 P4P and then a little more icing Floyd is coming of a long layoff and you say its no risk ,,,,

What your really saying subconsciously is Floyd is great and you dont even know your saying it .
Ignorance? My friend I've read your posts about weight at certain times & fight night, etc. Sorry boxing goes by weigh in's the day before the fight. Until the rule changes your weight argument holds no water. I follow boxings divisions, you can follow what you like.

As far as anything else goes, you can try & pump this fight up all you like but odds don't lie. Floyd is now -450. He closed at -400 for Gatti. Any top 5 WW will have tighter odds than Marquez. If you don't believe that maybe you don't understand boxing? I'll let the odds speak for me on this one my man. If im wrong on fight night I'll gladly eat crow, & expect you to do the same when we see how much of a mismatch this fight was.

For the people saying Marquez agreed so we should all be fine, well why wouldn't ge agree when he's 36 & this is basically his retirement fight. Money talks & I'm happy he's getting paid. As far as the "its ok to fight Pac at 143 & not Marquez" argument: Pac has moved up & looked good doing so. Pac is younger/faster & a better style matchup. Marquez is older/slower & unproven. Quite simple.

So the Marquez - Mayweather fight is gonna take place at 144 instead of the rumored 147. I don't care what anyone says, that **** is still not fair. We're talking about a career Featherweight fighting someone who's been above 140 for the last five years.

If Mayweather is always in such great shape and usually comes in well below the Welterweight limit, I don't see how he would have any problems making 140 again. The fight should have been contracted at 140lbs.
nobody forced Marquez to sign the contract.....

fair or not it's 144lbs and we can't do anything to change that.

at least the fight is going to happen.

If Marquez does not have a problem with that... then I think that's ok right?
