Watch the first four rounds of Mayweather vs Judah

Judah was getting the better of Floyd and even had him on his heals. Then Zab fell apart mentally and commenced to lose the fight. If Floyd comes out like that against Manny it could be a short night for Floyd too.

That's why Floyd did it. He knew that Zab would fell apart in the later rounds and he was being an offensive fighter early to make him gas faster. Like throwing body shots.Unfortunately he could have finished Judah but he look unconformable doing it, so he stick to pot shot and defense. Floyd in defensive mode is a beast.

Manny doesn't have the speed nor power that Zab has. Floyd isn't gonna go at him early in the fight. He'll use that time to figure him out, then adjust

I must disagree. Pacquiao is the exact same type of fighter as Zab. The difference besides physical proportions, is that Pacquiao has a brain.

I will agree that Floyd isn't going to go in on Pacquiao early. Like I stated in a previous thread. Floyd will pot shot and counter untl Pacquiao gets hurt. If Pacquiao gets hurt then expect Floyd to turn him into Gatti, Ndou, or Corrales. If not then dont expect Floyd to go on the "offensive".

I could see the Pac fight going the same exact way. Zab didnt fall apart mentaly. Thats what people who dont know boxing always say. He didnt fall apart, Floyd just figured him out. You have to realize that 99% of the time, it will take you awhile to adjust to the Southpaw style. You add to that the speed, power, and slickness of Zab, it takes about 4 rounds to adjust. I think Floyd & Pac will be the same way. I could see Pac going up early and winning like 3 of the first 4 rounds but then Floyd will figure him out and like Zab, Pac will not one another round the rest of the fight. Thats what Floyd does. If he was a righty then Pac would have no chance but since he's a Southpaw it may take a while for Floyd to figure him out but when he does, its over.

Ok, but Zab is known for mentally falling apart in fights or is this news to you. That **** won't happen with Manny.

Its not news to me but I have always that thought that was so overrated. I mean, where do they really get it from? Just because you start well and lose, doesnt mean that your mentaly weak. All his losses except for 1 came at WW and everyone knows that he has no business being at WW. What, because he starts fast against Floyd, Cotto, and Clottey, then loses means that he's mentaly weak? Floyd is just the best guy in the game at making adjustments and the other 2 were just far too big and strong for him. He can fight well against them early because he can use his speed and the Southpaw style will take some time to adjust but after that those big guys are going to flat out wear him down. It could easily be done to Pac. Im not saying that it will but if your a small quick Southpaw fighting a big man then you will most likely start fast and then the big man will eventually wear you down.

Dont get me wrong, Zab is mentaly weak and he's just not a great fundemental fighter but his skills cant be underestimated. You cant say that Zab did this for 4 rounds so Pac can. You cant say that because Zab is the truth skill wise. If it was about that then he would be as good as anyone. Dont act like Pac is much better skill wise then Zab because he's not, so just because Zab can do something for 4 rounds doesnt mean that Pac can. Zab is not a scrub that everyone is making him out to be. If he fights guys his own size then he's going to beat nearly all of them and I wouldnt be shocked if he even beat Pac
