He did say dollars. That's a decent offer considering he got 3 mill from big name fight with Hopkins and his stocks have since gone down.

I'm caught whether I want the fight at 160 or not anymore, I think they're offering this because if they don't fight soon, at Abraham at 160 would be too drained. Perhaps 168 down the line??

Team Sauerland, manager/promotor of IBF middleweight titleholder Arthur Abraham, has sent Kelly Pavlik's management an offer for 3 million dollars to fight Arthur Abraham.

Last fall Sauerland offered WBA titleholder Felix Sturm 2.5 million euros for a unification fight against Abraham. For reasons unspecified Sturm turned that offer down and has lost considerable face in Germany.

Will Pavlik take the bait?

I'm afraid I don't see Pavlik moving up any time soon. I think it's now or never.

i hope they do, but if it's in germany i doubt they will, and i would not blame them for that. but if it's not in germany than they have to make the fight. that's what he made against bhop which was his career payday thus far.

We don't know if the offer stipulates that the fight must take place in Germany. But it is likely. I we assume that's part of the offer, then Arum should show some cujones and offer AA 3 million to fight in Pavlik in Youngstown.
