As a floyd fan, we know he shouldn't have said cotto needs to build his fan base. He should've just said, look, i came to 140, and your people said you he wasn't ready which was the case so i chose to fight gatti. Cotto fans said he only came to 140 to fight gatti. Comical. He fought bruseles. How did Floyd's camp come up with that one rather than a man with a title and 5 defenses? People now copy what floyd said about cotto, and model it as to what williams should do. You as cotto fans should've said, 1 fighter whether superstar or not have been carrying ppv fights since day one. One fighter can do this, carry a ppv card by himself. DLH has. Now the joke is that williams needs to build his fan base up, why not let cotto carry the ppv if he beats margs and then fights williams? Didn't you accuse hatton and dlh of dominating and creating the ppv sales in their fights with floyd. lol, man i love talking boxing. I need to hear what will be said next.
