Yea he might have used steroids after prison. But it probably did him more harm then good. Not as light on his feet to be evasive. Too much muscle draining his stamina. Probably could have been a cruiserweight, pretty amazing what he was able to do being only 5’10” as a heavyweight.

Yea as someone above mentioned, I think he would have admitted to steroid use already. Zero filter. My guess is he actually started weight lifting in prison and the fat he always carried melted off. Happens to me when I deadlift/squat, my belly fat goes away. Obviously not as built as he is though haha

in his book he did mention doing an insane amount of situps per day he said he sometime bleed from his ass due to doing so manyi think in prison he went through a period of insane workouts he requested going to the hole solitary confinement and would workout like a beast in there.
