Best to You've witnessed in person?

Big time promotion or small venue fight, what's the best knockout you have seen live and in person?

For me.....Andrew Murray Knocking out Michael Covington on the second Pazienza-Rosenblatt card. I was ring side and never actually saw the punch, but heard it. Covington was rated number 2 at the Tim by the IBF and left on a stretcher.

Honorable mention.....Naseem Hamed ghosting Auggie Sanchez. Hamed walked past me on his way to the ring and I couldn't believe how small he was. I was probably 12-15 rows back, when he landed the ko it sounded like someone shot a gun.

    What do you got?

Well it has to be Alexander Frenkel ko’ing Some eastern euro journeyman I think named Hubert. Frenkel might best be remembered for his kayo of Maccarinelli, but this one was equally brutal. As I remember it, he went in with a left hook that connected full force right on the botton. Hubert gave an audible ‘aaoumphh’ as air and conciousness left his body. It was quite gruesome tbh.

Arturo Gatti vs Gabe Ruelas, it was the Undercard of Lewis vs Golata when the Foul Pole showed up about 20 minutes before the fight. It was a very physical bout with Gabe hurting Gatti to the body, with years later saying he was hurt badly in the fight. Arturo threw a left hook solid to the chin & Gabe was out! great Knock out.

Another brutal KO, was at Madison Square garden , and it's the most Brutal vicious ending ever , Arturo Gatti vs Joey Gamache, I can still see that Joey was out cold before hitting the canvas. Great 3 punch combination. It was Savage to see that in person

Not sure but one of the most brutal KO's I saw in person would be Canelo Vs Khan.

Same thoughts as yours on Naz-Sanchez, sounded like a gun went off. I was sitting ringside too.

Chavez Jr. vs. Martinez Round 12 - Loudest arena pop I've ever heard when Chavez Jr. dropped Martinez.
