Best day or time of day to have a boxing match scheduled??!

    Best day or time of day to have a boxing match scheduled??!

    Years ago it would always vary.. For example, Tyson Spinks was on a Monday night well technically almost Tuesday morning it was so late! I mean who did this Trump or what??
    Rumble in the Jungle was practically in the middle of the night!! Correct me if I'm wrong..

    I think it's also pretty cool to have boxing on a Saturday afternoon though it seems most matches they'd seemed to have decided would take place on a Saturday night.. Does anyone have a preference and/or a certain type of bout or program on a specific night of the week??!

      I have always preferred the best time to earn the most money!$!


      Makes no difference, only "air time" makes a difference.

        If you're a draw you can fight any damn time you like. Pac fought under harsh sunlight and drew 51k ppl.

          Honestly, whose energy level peaks at 9:00PM? I always wondered why main events were scheduled so late when fighters would likely be going to bed at that hour and not at their best. I would prefer Saturday, early evening around 7:00PM.

            Excellent point.. Main events are usually shortly before midnight..

              I would like them earlier to be honest. Main event at like 8pm or so. Not this 11pm or later bullchit. But they got a lot of time zones to cover in the US, so I think that is the main reason.

                fights are better simulated WHEN you train...I always trained at night ( HARDER) this is when fights take place usually..... i believe most ppl get stronger at night as the body is more aware.
