As if a money machine under Don King of all people would fix a loss against Buster Douglas.

One judge had it even and another Tyson winning lol. Then again Tyson was hard done by when he dropped Douglas he should have been counted out. People will say 'Tyson had a long count too' but that's not the point, it shouldn't have got to that round because the fight should have been over.
The Rules are! that its the referee's count of TEN! not a stopwatches count of TEN! There are not many referee's who perfect the count of 10 to the 1 hundredth of a second! (This is what people need to accept, and understand!)......

Buster Douglas won the fight! The fight was not fixed!

I agree the fight wasn't fixed against Tyson but the ref was incompetent, that's the bottomline. Obviously you can't get a count exactly perfect but come on he was clearly counting NOTICEABLY too slow, we're talking an extra few seconds here.

The 2 judges that had Tyson even and winning were a disgrace, they may have been incompetent like the ref or paid off by Don king.

Everything was crazy that night but credit to Buster Douglas, he boxed out of his skin regardless what I think of the ref.

Of course it was fixed!!!!! Those bombs landing and the knock downs were all rehearsed and the bruises and abrasions were put on in the corners during the one minute break! Right?

Both Tyson and Douglas were professional stuntmen along with being pro boxers, right?
Can this place get any lamer?

          Calm down, Ray.

I just thought it was a an interesting story from an unlikely source, that's all.

There was a day when Rome was burning...and the new emperor had come from a Polish tribe, hence he had some strange ideas, to say the least...When the messenger came upon the emperor and declared Rome was burning the emperor had him seized and dowsed with all the water he could find...at each interval stating "is it still on fire!?"

For my money? I thought Tyson would be saying "ow! ow!" not "now now."

The way Tyson fought in that fight, i don't blame anyone for thinking it.

He initiated the clinch far more often than he threw punches with bad intentions.
Although, when he dropped Douglas in the 7th? he came out throwing properly early in the 8th (for first time in fight) to try finish him, which eased my paranoia.

I swear if Tyson let his hands go, he could of Ko'd him, he very nearly did with that counter upper.

For those saying Tyson should have gotten the KO. Watch the fight, Douglas picked up the refs count and stayed down until 9. No matter what the count was Douglas would have been up before 10.
