    Rid**** Bowe Is Overrated?

    Do you agree or disagree?

    #2
Sort of. There's too many question marks around him. Of cource the fact that he didn't fight Lewis and when Golota was beating him badly, we don't know how much of that had to do with Bowe being washed up from all the wars he had been in. How does prime Bowe do against a great big man in his prime? We'll never know.

I agree,he gets overrated because of how good he could have been,of course ducking Lewis doesnt help either

Bowe was better then the Klits but that's not saying much.

It was as I predicted: Another Wlad insomnia curing snoozefest. Haye hadn't shown me anything at that point to make me think he should be fighting for the Heavyweight title.....then again, none of the other human refuge polluting the division have shown anything either

no, he is a very good fighter he win 2 times against Holyfield, and the fight that he lost was because the accident where his wife were hospitalized.
I dont know if he can win against Lewis, but he is a fighter of the level of Lennox

I really was looking foward to it. I figured hey both terrible chins and both heavy hands someone is gonna KO'd.

And then they had a complete & utter 12 rounds snoozefest which didn't even feature a knockdown. Dredfull stuff, Wladamir style is just so dull, his fights are just so frustrating.

Straight after the Haye vs Wlad fight. I went and got out my Foreman vs Lyle tape. Now that is what I call a HW fight. Really increidlbe stuff.

He flat out lost the second Holyfield fight then nearly got KTFO by a Hepatitis riddled Evander in the third. And the first Holyfield fight was a hell of a lot closer than people make out.

i see him as one of my favorite fighters ever, essentially is a "coulda woulda shoulda", but if you see how he kept off Holyfield, who's a HOF'er and just his earlier fights, how he could handle different fighters, as an in fighter, out fighter, great uppercuts, hooks, monster jab, he could roll really nice too. good footwork.

i get why Eddie Futch said he could've been one of the best ever, the greatest. but i guess it's a matter of opinion rather than fact, because it's a "coulda woulda shoulda".
