The crowd is expecting a war on Saturday night at the Ruben Rodriguez Coliseum in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, where former world super bantamweight champion Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. will be facing his compatriot Jonathan "Polvo" Oquendo for the WBO intercontinental super bantamweight crown.

Vazquez is angry over some of the comments that Oquendo has been making on the social networks.

"Now [Oquendo] is talking on Twitter and doesn't know anything. And I'll tell you this, I am a professional. When I'm close to a big fight, I get away from those things. One doesn't go to Facebook or Twitter [when a fight is close]. Guess what brother? You have never faced a fighter in my class. When did you start boxing? Around 2004? I started in 2006, and I became a world champion and faced better fighters than you did," Vazquez said.

"I like challenges and and that's why I wanted the fight with Rafael Marquez. Then they tell me 'you have to fight with Jonathan Oquendo' and I said no problem. Although Oquendo is not on the same level as Marquez and everyone knows that - I do not fear anyone."

Vazquez Jr. has a record of 21-2-1 and 18 KOs, and his only two losses came to Jorge Arce and Nonito Donaire. Jonathan Oquendo has a record of 22-2 and 15 KOs.
