The WBO paid homage to Brusa and presented the Belt to Bopp

The WBO recognized Don Amílcar Brusa, by naming him “The Great Master Trainer of Argentine Boxing”, during a Press Conference held at the Boxing Federation of Argentina’s (FAB) Ícaro Fruscas Room, on Saturday April 24.  Francisco Valcárcel, Esq.  Presented a plaque, and the President of the FAB, Osvaldo Rafael Bisbal, presented a silver and gold keychain.

Truly touched, Brusa exclaimed: “I am eternally grateful to these great leaders of the Federation and of the WBO, who have always supported me and who contribute to the development of Boxing”. 

The WBO presented the World Mini-flyweight Championship Belt to Yésica Yolanda Bopp, who promised: “I will care for it as if it were family.  No one will take it away from me”.
