Pablo Cano, the manager and father of Pablo César "The Demolisher" Cano (26-2-1, 20KOs), is very confident his son will send "Sugar" Shane Mosley (46-8-1, 39KOs) into retirement on Saturday night in Cancun, Mexico. The two boxers will battle for the international welterweight title of the World Council Boxing (WBC). Mosley is returning for the first time since last May's decision loss to Saul "Canelo" Alvarez. He admits a loss to Cano would be the end.

The manager said: "He is almost ready to step into the ring: "No weight issues for this fight. Pablo Cesar scored just under a kilogram above the welterweight limit. We expect a great fight, a tough fight. Pablo is going against one of the best fighters to have ever fought in recent years. I think that [Mosley] will be remembered among the best of this sport - but all of that does not mean it is not possible to beat him, he is not invincible."

"We are going to go for it, and go after him on the inside, stay close to him and work him over with punches upstairs and to the body. We know Mosley knows it all and faced the best in the world but he has weaknesses, and they have been exposed in several fights, and that is where we will secure a big victory."

For his part, Pablo Cesar Cano said: "Since the signing of this fight, all I can think about is winning. I gained a lot of confidence from my previous encounter, where they gave the decision to Paul Malignaggi and I lost interim-junior welterweight title of the World Boxing Association. And I can say is that they gave him the victory and took the decision from me. Everyone saw what happened. Malignaggi praised me for my performance, and recently in Las Vegas he said that I have great chance to beat Mosley. All of this gives me confidence, security"
