Artur Szpilka (20-2, 15 KOs) has warned his countryman, former two division world champion Tomasz Adamek (50-4, 30 KOs), to take upcoming opponent Eric Molina (24-3, 18 KOs) very, very seriously.

Adamek is scheduled to face Molina in a heavyweight showdown on the next edition of Polsat Boxing Night, which will take place on the 2nd of April in Krakow.

Molina recently helped Szpilka in training camp for last month's fight with WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder. Szpilka did very well in the fight, but suffered a vicious knockout in the ninth round.

Szpilka, who won a decision over Adamek in 2014, says Molina starts slow but then really gets his big punches going.

Molina also faced Wilder, last July, in the champion's first defense of the WBC crown. In the first half of the contest, Molina rocked Wilder and had him on unsteady legs. The champion recovered and knocked out Molina in the ninth. Molina came back in October to pick up a stay-busy TKO win.

"Sometimes Molina actually starts off a little timid at first, and he gives a little too much respect to his opponent - but over time, as the fight plays out, he starts to get going and then he can be really dangerous. He has a real good right uppercut. Tomasz will have to do a lot of moving, changing angles, to give Molina no chance of catching him. Molina has real heavy-hands and he can be dangerous for anyone," Szpilka said.

Szpilka issued a similar warning to his countryman Krzysztof Zimnoch about Mike Mollo. Zimnoch may not have listened, as he allowed Mollo to get close enough to land his wild punches to secure an stunning knockout win in the first round on Saturday night. Szpilka was dropped three times by Mollo in their two meetings, but he recovered to win both bouts by knockout.
