Polish heavyweight Artur Szpilka (19-1, 14 KOs) is set to face once-beaten Yasmany Consuegra (17-1, 14 KOs) on the August 14th Premier Boxing Champions card at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The fight is set for ten rounds.

The card is headlined by another heavyweight encounter, between former champions Antonio Tarver and Steve Cunningham.

Consuegra suffered his first career defeat in June, when he was knocked out in three rounds by rising heavyweight prospect Dominic Breazeale.

Szpilka, now trained by veteran coach Ronnie Shields, has won three in a row since losing by TKO to Bryant Jennings last January in New York's Madison Square Garden.
