CAGUAS, PUERTO RICO- Former two time world champion Juan Manuel "Juanma" Lopez worked out earlier today, and looked to be in great shape for his bout versus Mike Oliver this Saturday, October 1 in the show Triple Crown III at the coliseo Rubén Rodríguez de Bayamón, in a  PR Best Boxing Promotions (PRBBP) and Top Rank presentation to be televised on Pay Per View.

"I'm very good, I'm in 129 1/2 pounds and in great shape for this fight. We are going to fight round by round against Oliver, a boxer, but also an agressive fighter", Lopez said.

Lopez worked with his trainers Alex Caraballo and Orlando Piñero with gloves, the punching bag, the mitts and junping the rope, showing good speed in his movements.

López (30-1, 27 KOs) and Oliver (25-2, 8 KOs) will fight for the WBO Latino featherweight title. Also in action, former WBO junior lightweight champion, Román “Rocky” Martínez (24-1-1, 15 KOs), will face Nigerian Daniel Attah (26-7-1, 9 KOs)for the WBO Intercontinental 130lb belt, and super bantanweight contender Jonathan “Polvo” Oquendo (21-2, 14 KOs) will fight versus Mexican José Luis Araiza (29-4, 20 KOs) for the WBO Latino super bantamweight title.

The preliminar bouts present prospect Luis JoelGonzález (8-0-1, 5 KOs) against Edward Valdez (5-7-2, 3 KOs) to six rounds in 135poun ds; Camilo Pérez (5-0, 4 KOs) versus Omar González (3-7, 1 KO) to sixrounds in 122 pounds; Jonathan “Bomba” González (4-0, 4 KOs) against Jhonny Determan (3-0, 2 KOs) to six rounds in 112 pounds; Kenneth Díaz (2-0, 2 KOs)versus Radamés Vélez (1-2, 1 KO) to four rounds in 140 pounds; Jeffrey Fontánez(2-0, 2 KOs) will face debutant Peter Rampolla to four rounds in 130 pounds;Rafael González (2-0, 2 KOs) against José del Valle (1-0-1) to four rounds in 140pounds, and Anthony Sánchez (2-1, 2 KOs) versus Carlos López (3-1, 1 KO) tofour rounds in 140 pounds.
