Today, the Land Court Darmstadt confirmed the exclusive contract between Jack Culcay-Keth and his Promoter Universum Box-Promotion. The sentence implies that Culcay-Keth is still contracted to Universum Box-Promotion. The Land Court promulgated that the cancellation of the contract was unfounded. Culcay denounce the contract with Universum Box-Promotion in May 2011. The sentence is not final passed.

Culcay had eight Bouts for Universum Box-Promotion since his pro debut in December 2009. His last bout was on the 3th September in Herning, Denmark. The event was hosted by Sauerland Event and other Companies.
