I assume that you want to getto look like that beef on the hoof you have in that picture. So I suggest that you reverse the usual process, and instead, cook the charcoal by lighting up the beef. Cooked charcoal is reputed to taste pretty nice, when *******ly doused with barbeque sauce-heavy on the garlic.
