Your method is really inefficient and it only worked one time by sheer potluck to be really toughened its gonna take a long time a huge amount of suffering please fcuk off I dont want that for my one and only short life. (something triggered me deep one time and that worked to solve my biggest problem but the rest was just loads of suffering for nothing, it worked in 5 minds flat, the long term stuff is wayyy too inefficient to be a good method) I dont want you in my life, or making decisions FOR me. Go live your own fcuking lives and help someone that wants help or needs it more than me and dont give them what you think they need because you suck at it.
