i think jones could beat cain, he's fast enough to avoid his takedowns and has good greco,he would probably be around 230lbs. He could just run for a couple rounds and wait for cain to get tired.

he would struggle vs guys like overeem jds and browne because he would not be able to ragdoll them from the clinch like he did to all the lhws, so without the threat of the td they could tag him like gustaffson did and not just stand there getting kicked in the knees.

The dude has no power, he would get ****d at HW, he got beat up when he fought a guy his own size for once (gus) what do you think will happen to him when he faces naturally bigger harder hitting guys? He will get severe brain trauma! he cant even out wrestle them as back up because he wont be as strong as the natural HWs.

Hes got a pretty good chin which is what will make it all the more horrific, ie his brain will take a serious pounding before he goes to sleep.

He cleared out the LHW divission as all the LHW were getting old and knacked, and he is the biggest guy in the division so its not really a fair fight all the old LHW could and perhaps should optimally have been fighting at MW.

So tired of this. I gave Jones 3 rounds. Re watch the fight, and don't give Gus double the scoring points every time he does something impressive, and you'll end up with the same score.
