I couldn't even watch the fight. Reminds me of a horrible dream I had.

MMA has no boundaries when it comes to sanctioning fights.

Really, it comes down to what the individual wants to do.
But given the Fact that he has no arms or legs, how could he possibly win any fight? What was his point? His people should have told him the brutal truth. You cannot win a MMA fight, ever.
Go learn to fly a plane, something else, anything.
