Good point about not fighting friends. I can see why Silva and Machida n the Klitchko Bros don't want to fight.

I respect that. GSP is an even bigger boss now. Logical reasons for not wanting to move up permanently. I like that.

I understand that he doesn't want to fight his friends, but none of those guys will make it to a title shot or too the top where St. Pierre is or would be in the devision...

but St. Pierre said himself that he's getting bigger ... so don't you think it'll only be a couple more years before he outgrows 170?

and besides St. Pierre has already beaten most of the top fighters remaining at Welter

He should move up. We know he'll get an instant title shot. and if he wins, he doesn't have to worry about any of those guys he named earning a title shot. Hell, maybe they'll drop a weight class...

Other than marquardt. It would be unfair for Marquardt if GSP was holding on to the MW title and Marquardt wouldn't get a shot. It would create a dilemma for the UFC and Marquardt. That's why I think Marquardt should get his shot before GSP moves up.

He does have some good points, smart guy. I think after the Hardy fight he should move up tho, he cleaned the WW's. Nobody can stand a chance really but on the undercard of Hardy/GSP is the rematch between Fitch and Alves(fitch won 1st fight) and I have a feeling that the winner of this, especially if its Fitch(if Alves wins, they might have a 3rd?) GSP will have to defend his title one more time.
