That fight made my night. Don't be surprized if they set up a rematch in the UFC right away.

The re-match wouldn't be as good. Fights like that, even when the fighters are perfectly matched, don't always happen. We saw something special last night.

Perhaps, that doesn't mean a rematch wouldn't put asses in seats, which is very important to Dana white.

True, but its not going to be right away. Maybe a year from now. Definitly not earlier.

I would figure that they wouldnt be able to fight for at least 6 months but because the the tenacious absorbment of strikes that both endured, the whatever committee will deem both of them not ready to compete until 2006. But if they do fight before then, then someone wants to ride the wave of TUF to draw more bucks.(Even if it is a small percentage it doesnt matter. A dollar made is a dollar earned) IMO

Because both are up and comers. Let each of them get a few wins and have them fight when it means something again.

Why waste a huge fight without setting it up first?

It is set up though, by a huge war that went the distance on the final episode of TUF. I understand what your saying but the hype surrounding that fight will dissipate. Especially if they wait a year because lets face it, the level of competition wasn't very high and there is a chance both fighters will fail in the UFC. What if they both lose alot?

Then they shouldn't be in the UFC. However neither one of them is going to lose a lot. They are both very talented fighters. Better than a lot of people at 205.

Are you kidding? Once again we have another mammoth display of ******ity on Fallouts part. Then they shouldn't be in the UFC? Tank shouldn't have been brought back to the UFC, Wes Simms, Lawler, even Baroni considering sherk never got a contract. What logic are you using here?

Your ignorance is unparalleled! What an amazing precognition we have here! I seriously don't think either of those fighters are better then alot of 205 lb fighters that actively fight in the bigger organizations. That was a war because the fighters were evenly matched, not because they were very skilled. They are both very underdeveloped. However, the most difficult prediction you can make in MMA is how much will a fighter improve, so who knows what will become of them. If you ask me, they will need some weak opponents to build them up and the fighters that would lose to either of those 2 don't deserve to be in the UFC. So it'll be interesting how they handle these "TUF" fighters. IMO, they will not last in the UFC. Diego will do well though.
