garfios CubanGuyNYC , not boxing, but is Robelis Despaigne popular among Cubans compared to boxers and other Cuban athletes?

I was just watching his latest KO. The dude looks quite impressive. KOed his opponent in 18 seconds. Slipped and fell when delivering a roundhouse kick to the head, yet recovered amazingly quick for someone 6’7”. Is he popular? I don’t think he is yet. But everyone loves a winner. If Despaigne keeps doing what he’s doing, he’ll have a big following soon — and not just by Cubans.

Yeah in like 15 seconds , hit the guy, threw a head kick, but fell down, almost got clipped getting back up, did get clipped after he got up, but landed a bigger shot himself while off-balance & going backwards that dropped the guy, landed two ground & pound shots . Fight over

I missed the card, BBQ for my girlfriend, go figure that's what happens when you get old, babysitting grandkids and cooking.

Damn homie need to give up on the takedown there. I can't believe he kept holding on. Crazy first rd where Blaydes was getting daddy'd like you don't see grappling, but nice recovery & finish in 2nd to reverse that momentum.
