Here is the whole story behind the choke:
The move is a wrestling move called a head and arm gator roll, in wrestling you can use this move to gain points by exposing the back of your opponent. A black belt called Carlos Neto saw this move and liked it a lot since he has very unusual long arms. He also noticed that in alot of wrestling matches some guys pass out from this move, he did the move on a few guys and they said it hurt so much that it could be a legit sub.
Carlos Neto showed it to Milton, Pequeno, Jucao, and Mino and Milton was the first one to pull it in training and competition. That is why lots of people claim Milton to be the one, but the right name is Carlos Neto.
