Mayhem Wins at Kingdom MMA; DREAM Next

Jason "Mayhem" Miller wasted no time on Saturday night, dispatching Kala "Kolohe" Hose in the opening round of Kingdom MMA's main event. The bout topped the promotion's debut, which took place at the Neal Blaisdell Center in Honolulu.

Star of MTV's "Bully Beatdown," Miller almost made it look like an episode of the new show. After trading a few punches, he took Hose down with a double-leg takedown and dropped numerous hammerfists to his head. Following him to the mat, Miller then transitioned to full mount, softened Hose up with punches, and then sunk in a rear naked choke that immediately had Hose tapping.

"He's one of the toughest, if not the toughest man on the island right there," said Miller in reference to his opponent after the fight. "Hit me with a good one and hurt my hand with his big head.

"I was nervous for this fight because he's one of the hardest punchers ever on this island."

Miller already has his sites set on his next fight. "My next step is go to Dream to fight for the middleweight championship belt of the world."
