Anderson Silva, GSP and Fedor are all very likable because of their unbelievable level of skill but my favourite fighter is Wanderlei Silva quite simply because he is never in boring fights.

Anderson Silva, GSP and Fedor are all very likable because of their unbelievable level of skill but my favourite fighter is Wanderlei Silva quite simply because he is never in boring fights.

****, where do I start. I'll always be a fan of Royce Gracie(rockin' the gi, takin' on guys twice his size) today's guys would probably have a nervous breakdown in the locker room knowing they'll be dealing with a behemoth.

Honestly, as much as I've followed PRIDE in the late 90's. I could never get into Fedor, I don't know why.

Bas Rutten is also an all-time favorite of mine, the first true well-rounded fighter in the UFC in my opinion.

Sakuraba in his prime was sick! The Gracie killer was smooth on the ground,man. And tough as nails.

Norifumi Yamamoto, it's not really his technical ability that impresses me, it's his explosive strength and his overall athleticsm that just makes my jaw drop. How the hell is a 135lb guy able to GNP the f**k out of someone twice his size. I mean the guy has to fight 20lbs over his real fighting weight and he throws his opponents around like rag dolls, freak of nature! Sadly, I think Kid's best years are behind him, with his recent ACL and arm injuries, we can forget about a Faber showdown, it could still happen, but now, I think Faber will take it decisively!

Faber, reminds me alot of Kid. One word to describe the Norcal native. BEAST!

I liked Maurice Smith, he was the first elite crossover fighter in the UFC that stepped up against terrific wrestlers and showed them what an elite striker can do!

GSP, He has outwrestled wrestlers,he has outjiu-jitused, jiu-jitsu players, he hasn't outMuaythai'd anybody 'cause no one really in his division has any legit Muay Thai background!

BJ Penn - Watching BJ on the ground is like watching Tito Trinidad put combinations together, so fluid and silky smooth on the ground.

Lyoto Machida - When all UFC folks know is watered down jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. You're a refreshing sight. Way to represent Karate!! Them former college wrestlers look lost with your double kicks, man! I thought taking down a striker was as easy as 1-2-3(lol)

Oh, i'd also like to give an honorable mention to another terrific striker. This fighter is not a veteran of MMA. And his name is Cung Le. Man, I can only imagine what kind of wrecking ball he could've been had he joined the MMA earlier.
