I guess we just have different taste in films lol.
Anyway, maybe it's just me, but some elements of the ending of HTTM don't make full sense. Like how he changed the future/present and stuff.
For example...elements of John Cusack's life were different as well. Wouldn't that mean that the bald guy had spent the last 20+ years being friends with different versions of Cusack and the black guy, and then suddenly they were replaced by the original versions who had no recollection of any of the events? Which would be pretty weird.

Yeah, I see what you're getting at.
I don't think our tastes are all that different, I did like a few of the films you recommended. If I don't care about the characters or story, I'm easily bored.
In regards to Suicide Club, I didn't mind the fact it was OTT, I like my fair share of OTT films. I thought it was pretty random and didn't make a lot of sense, like you mentioned.

I liked Battle Royale, BTW.
I've not seen BR for a few years, been meaning to rewatch it.
I'm 50/50 on Suicide Club. I like certain aspects but then in other ways it's as if they threw random **** in just to be confusing. But overall I liked it. I hate remakes 99% of the time, but I do think a remake of that might be great because some of it was really good and the rest could be improved.
Have you seen Spider Forest? It's not that great for the same reason. Some good parts, but the central mystery is never really settled from what I recall. Apparently the writer-director wrote the story, then took out several things that explain it in order to confuse people. What a bastard
I have Monday and Tuesday off work, so I'm gonna try and watch a few things, not sure what yet. Also plan on rewatching Donnie Darko and Clerks.
I'm probably just over-thinking HTTM, films like that aren't supposed to be considered for too long lol.

Haven't seen Spider Forest, will give it a look.
I liked Clerks, not the second though. TBH, I never watched Donnie Darko, just never got around to seeing it.
I can't remember, but did you say you saw ****kok Dangerous?
