I worked out for the 1st time in a lil while today. That and not eatin since I been home got me feelin a lil better today. Gotta keep that **** up. Glad you on track to gettin a lil fitter homey.

Yeah, eating right is hard work. They say late night snacks are the worst thing, and I have a habit of eating unhealthy **** not long before bed.

I still got a weight set and rack in the garden. Been sitting there for a couple of years now getting rained on, but hasn't even got much rust on. Good to have it there as it's easy to just start whenever I feel like it.

I'm up all nite every goddamn nite. I always used to end up eatin **** I shouldn't be munchin on late. I nixed that by buyin carb/calorie free pop and flavored water. Not the best solution, but it keeps me from eatin.

I got a bike and nordic track at the crinb. Just watch a movie or listen to music while I go, it's gravy.

I had Kessler as my top seed to win the tourney at the start, but he looked like **** against Ward. I was givin dude more credit than he deserved. Froch ain't nothin special, but he catches too much **** for the Taylor and Dirrell fights. So what if he was losin before, he came back and stopped his ass fair n square. He lost to Dirrell str8 up. But fuck Dirrell for makin sure a big fight ******.

Luv to see Froch beat Kessler's ass. He a fun dude to watch even tho he ain't that good. I'm 50-50 now, leanin slightly towards Kessler. Won't be surprised if Froch wins it tho. Kessler just folds when **** ain't goin his way.
