Basically something like:
Cereal/porridge
Cycle for 30-40 minutes

Eggs
Chicken/fish
If I don't notice a change after 10 days I'll switch to 10 days of carb cycling, which has worked well in the past. If that doesn't work I'll rob a bank to pay for the liposuction.

Ah well. I did manage to lose quite a bit before so I should be able to do it again, it'll just take some hard work I guess.

We started shooting at each other, and then we were on either side of my bedroom door waiting for the other to come round it. I got a chair, stood on it, lent over the door and shot downwards. Great victory for me
