      Lol, I haven't actually planned a diet, but basically no ****ty carbs (or at least not many ****ty carbs ) and no carbs within 5 hours of going to bed. Also using a weight-loss supplement, which should help

      Basically something like:

      Cereal/porridge
      Cycle for 30-40 minutes
      Yogurt
      Fruit/veg/something else not to unhealthy
      Cycle for 30-40 minutes
      Eggs
      Chicken/fish

      If I don't notice a change after 10 days I'll switch to 10 days of carb cycling, which has worked well in the past. If that doesn't work I'll rob a bank to pay for the liposuction.

              Yeah, where I have to go to the centre for unemployed bums 5 days a week it takes me about 40 minutes to get there by bike. It sucks because it's slightly uphill all the way there, although obviously that makes it easier and quicker coming back.

              My stamina is back to being **** though. Only jogged for about 2000 meters or maybe even less before I felt knackered. It'll improve once I get back to cycling more often rather than being a lazy **** and using the bus.

                Do you listen to music while you cycle ?

                  It was boring doing running today without it, might get a new one if I can't fix this one. I dropped it on the floor like a ****** ****, and now it thinks that the 'lock' button is switched on, so it won't recognise it when I press play or anything at all.

                  You should get exercising or else you'll end up like your fatass nephew

                    Play high intensity sports, Clegg. I can run 3-5 miles now but I still gas when I spar or play footy.
