                  i had over a two week vacation from work and become quite slug-like. i haven;t done any of the paper work that i needed to do so got lots done today! felt good. now that i am home, i am feeling slugly again. lol!

                      well you no the time i was up all weekend!
                      some real good healthy food got me going again, and some sleep of course!
                      fish aught to do the trick, and some salad and fruit!
