Well 6'2.5 but I put 6'3 (as you do?) and a nicely filled out 225. Came back as 28.12 which is Welsh bull****. I got a slight beer belly but the bulk of the weight is distributed elsewhere, the ****s!

Like yer said though, they say that if yer've got an athletic frame and are a wee bit on the muscular side then it could be overestimated.
