i read this book where they talked about kgb files on reagan.

the russkies were absolutely scared of reagan (and having thatch in office around the same time didn't help)

they were afraid of reagan.

they thought he was nuts.

with star wars (space weapons) and all the military programs he funded (b-1 bombers , b-2 stealth bombers , mx missiles) ...... they thought reagan wanted to nuke them.


probably saw some of his b-movies and was like "THIS GUY IS IN CHARGE OF 31,000 NUCLEAR WEAPONS?!?!?!?!?"
