Screw modern cinema. Every situation, character, and storyline has been done enough to be cliched. All they can do is crank out remakes and films loaded with CGI effects because there's no original ideas left. Hollywood is dead.

Can't expect them to do anything more. The only point to redoing any of these older movies is ****ing them up with greater effects. There's nothing they could add to the story. If they can add some computer graphics and attract a name or 2 to be in the cast, they'll flip a profit ruining a great film. It's what's in these days.
