    I used to think so too, but he's got a lot of good names on resume, and by all accounts dominated all of them - past prime too.

    And of the footage I have seen of him, I think his style would pose a lot trouble to most Champs throughout history.

    A Dempsey-Johnson fight would have been intriguing.

          tbh i think his legacy has been pumped up a bit because of his story.

          all the controversies and being the first black heavyweight and all.

          he avoided quite a bit of black fighters himself.
