Beezies get away with ***ism all the time, slags.

Men don't get held back in their careers because of their ***, women do. Also we naturally judge more harshly because they are women.

Look at comedy, how many female comedians do you like versus male comedians? A male stand up makes a risqué or close to the bone joke and people will laugh even if they don't find it funny, if a woman does the same people would tut and say that she is disgusting and has no morals.

This is only comedy, but it could be duplicated throughout most careers.
