Round 1: Mostly a feeling out round, but Cotto landed some solid shots and more jabs. One thing I noticed in this round is that Cotto was parrying with his lead hand, which is something that you're always told not to do (at least in my experience)

10-9 Cotto

Mosley has less than impressive stamina, and even he had Cotto backing away most of the late rounds.

Round 2: Things heating up, both landing some solid shots, I felt Cotto landed the better of them, but you could argue that Shane showed better ring generalship in that he seemed to back Cotto up at times.


20-18 Cotto

Mosley has less than impressive stamina, and even he had Cotto backing away most of the late rounds.

Shane had better stamina back then than when he fought Floyd, not as good as in his prime but better than it is now. But everyone knows Cotto's stamina is a weak point.

Round 3: Exciting round, especially in the final minute when they went toe-to-toe. Could've gone either way but I give the edge to Shane.
