I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but what do you think of these cases where regular people get arrested by foreign governments for doing things they shouldn't be doing but they apparently didn't realise it? Like when you have a Yank or a Brit arrested for taking photos of an area or hiking or something, and the people seem like they really are just a bit strange in their hobbies rather than sinister/spies.

Like the current case of the American hikers who 'accidently' crossed the border into Iran. Seems strange that they would keep people in prison if they knew they were innocent, but with a country like Iran I suppose you can never tell.
